Solutions architect, based in the US.

Most of my work is integration: connecting identity, data and payments across systems, and documenting the result for both engineering and leadership.

I started as a Java engineer on UBS compliance systems, spent years on Tier 3 API escalations and enterprise SSO, and now lead agentic AI implementations, building production agents over custom MCP servers with OAuth2 and permission-aware data access. Alongside that I have shipped a self-custody identity product to the App Store and published open source tooling for the XRP Ledger.

Jarod Vyent LLC is the practice that work runs through. I take a small number of engagements at a time.

Solutions Architect II, Enterprise
2025 – present

·Led seven pilot launches of the agentic AI platform for the company’s largest enterprise customers, tying together the Coda, Superhuman Mail, Rows and GPTZero acquisitions.

·Built over twenty production agents on the Agents SDK, connected to first- and third-party systems through custom MCP servers with OAuth2 and permission-aware data access.

·Organization-wide deployments across Windows, macOS, browser and VDI on managed devices.

·Led the technical work on SSO (SAML) and SCIM.

·Shipped identity changes and fixes that let internal teams audit each user’s SCIM state and the services enabled for each customer in each beta phase.

SevenRooms

2023 – 2024

·Owned the RFP process on the company’s largest single deal at $1.7M.

·Ran the solutions lifecycle from pre-sale discovery through post-sale integration. SevenRooms was acquired by DoorDash in 2025.

·Before that, Tier 3 API escalations as a Technical Support Engineer, and owner of the public API documentation.

·Moved SOAP web services to REST.

·Built reporting and data services in Java, Spring and Hibernate for UBS compliance and analytics.

·Set up CI/CD on Jenkins.
