Before it existed I was already shipping the same work: a self-custody identity product that is live on the App Store, an appraisal review workspace built for a firm whose output carries legal weight, and open source tooling for the XRP Ledger that is listed in the official MCP Registry.
I take a small number of engagements at a time, because the kind of work I am useful for is the kind you cannot rush and cannot half-attend. If your problem is mostly about speed rather than correctness, there are cheaper people, and I will say so.
Fixed scope, fixed fee
You know the number before I start. If the scope changes we agree on a new one in writing, and there is no meter running in the background.
I write things down
Decisions, tradeoffs and what I rejected. You keep the document whether or not the engagement continues.
I will tell you no
If what you need is smaller than what you asked for, or outside what I am good at, you will hear that on the first call rather than in month three.
