Appraisal review is governed work. A reviewer has to see what changed, why it changed, and who changed it, and the record of that has to hold up long after everyone has forgotten the file. The software cannot quietly normalize anything.

The reviewer side is a UAD 3.6 workspace built around findings rather than fields: what is wrong, how severe, and what the suggested correction is, with the original always visible beside it.
The client side is the other half of the same product, a validated two-step request, a private status link, and an explicit quote before any money is discussed.
